1) Is it very low cost compare to local companies. Why is it?
We purchase containers that contain different materials in large bulks to get the-the lowest price with the high-quality materials. Every month, our team collects our sales reports to keep the lowest price possible for our materials. Also, we offer the same price to Wholesalers and non-wholesalers. This means you can get one individual banner for wholesale price. Our goal is to guarantee the lowest price we can offer to everyone. In addition, our prices are flat rate (no hidden charge or extra charge for full colors, hemming, grommets, and pole pockets), our price is competitively lower compared to local print shops.
2)Is it really guaranteed for the quality?
We do not cheat for our materials. We only use made in USA ink so that the colors come out as vivid as possible. If our quality is the not high quality, then we would not have wholesale orders. The local sign shops and vendors choose to go with us because they are highly satisfied with our product. So far, we NEVER had complains about the quality. If you doubt about the quality, you can place the order for the smallest size banner, and check the quality. We have more return customers than new customers because they know our company's quality. We promise the best quality for what we can offer. Also, our banners are qualified by districts, trade shows, and states since it is certified flame-retardant chemical. If your trade show venue requires certification of flame-retardant chemical or noninflammable chemical, please contact us, and we will send a copy of the certificate with your banner(s).
3) What Vinyl material do you guys use?
We use 14oz heavy fiber reinforced vinyl banners. It is used for indoor and outdoor use and it lasts YEARS. For outdoors, you don't have to worry about for the minor wind or rain damages. It is SAFE for indoor and outdoor because it is UV-protected and water-protected.
4)Is there any extra charge?
NO EXTRA CHARGE. We only require you to pay the amount of the fixed price and shipping. We offer Free full graphic design assistance, Free design proof, Free Grommets, Free Hemmings, and even free top and bottom pole pockets. Check invoice sample
Production Time & Shipping FAQ
5) What is turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is one business day. As soon as you place an order, we ship out next business day. (If the quantity is more than 20 banners, or the size is larger than 10x8ft, please arrange for the best turnaround days!) If you request design proof during our business hours, we usually send the design proof within 4 business hours. As soon as the design is approved we send it out next business day.
We also welcome SAME DAY Turnaround time! Your order must be approved & paid in full before 2pm PST; please write "Ship today" under the special instruction box when you place an order.
6)What are the choices of shipping?
For pick up- When you choose "PICK UP" for your shipping option, we will email you pick up a schedule as soon as your order is ready to print. Our store opens on M-F from 9:00 am~5:30 pm. except major Holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
NJ Pick up is NOT AVAILABLE.

7)What is file requirement?

8) The Chart is too complicated for me. Can you give me an example?
The easiest to set up the file size is by actual printing size. For example, if you want to print an 8x8ft banner, please make your canvas size to 96 in. x 96 in. (1ft=12in.) Your resolution should be at least 72 dpi.
ORDER & PROOF FAQ
9)How do I place the order?
Please go to product -> and choose any material that you wish to order Here are direct link for each item. Please click below link and choose your size (ft), finishing option, upload your file, and quantity. Then click Add to cart -> enter your shipping and payment information complete the order.
10) Do you send a proof before you print?
If you uploaded ready to print file, with exact printing size with printable resolution, we proceed your order without sending the proof since it would be exactly the same file as you uploaded. However, if your file has a size and/or resolution problem, we will send you the printing quality proofs.
If you want to see a proof anyway regardless of your printing quality, please write "Send Proof before printing" under the special instruction box. Then, we will send you a proof to your email.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
11)What's the return or exchange policy?
Since all the items are customized, we cannot resell it. It means no return or exchange, please. We are not responsible for wrong finishing options due to your mistake. We are not responsible for any errors on the design, so make sure you upload the correct file and check any info or spelling error before you submit the design. If any problem occurs due to OUR FAULT, we guarantee for a full money back.(may vary from situation) But if any problem occurs even if it's your fault, please contact us we would more than happy to make an arrangement with you.
Bingbanners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental special or consequential damages of the products including the stands, including, without limitation, lose of profits or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our products.
Other General Terms
* Bingbanners reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or Bingbanners has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions of Sale, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate causes.
May I have samples for free?
No samples! IF you want to see the quality of our material, you would need to place the order for the minimum size.
